rev counter????

i wonder if any one can help??
the rev counter seems to have given up working,have checked the rear of the clock set an all seems ok?any one have any ideas........

I don't know if the ECU uses the same sensor as the Rev counter (someone on here probably will do), but if it does, find someone with the ECU reading software & plug in a laptop. Means you can rule out the sender.

Is everything else ok...i.e. performance. Has MIL light come on.

Mine packed in when the big fuse went. Hope it is that, as it cost me all of 60p to repair.

or if it really is the rev counter that has gone kaput it can be refurbished by speedy cables for about 40 beer tokens plus postage
