The windows are making an unpleastant scraping noise when raising or lowering them at the moment.

I think its the glass surface against the more brittle rubber/plastic sections.

Only seems to happen when its cold though...

I'm guessing silicon lubricant is the way forward, but fancied a sanity check before applying it

Mine do this also, so would be interested to hear the cure.

Phew, could to hear its not just mine.

I figure they probably squeak as the sealing rubbers are mounted too close, better than leaking I guess

Ours has started doing it too, but only recently.

Maybe its a virus ?
