Will this radio fit?

I really fancy buying a JVC KD-AVX1 DVD player for my Cerb but after reading some reviews I'm not sure if it will fit in the recess properly. Has anyone got one and does it fit OK?

It looks taller than standard, so you may have to do a bit of chopping about.

i agree with mad mark it does look taller but it does say it is single din size so it should fit.

Yes it will fit. It's a DIN 1 fitting.

We Anaesthetists we tend to be looked at suspicious reg. abuse of our drugs and indeed when I am driving around in my Cerby I have this huge grin in my face....
However what I wanted to say is with that kind of engine sound any sort of radio will do because it want be switched on most of the times anyway (I got the radio merely because it has a handsfree for the phone...)

Did you get one of these radios and did it fit? The new AVX2 looks very nice.

Yes I did, it fitted in OK with no real issues. It was a real improvement over the standard Pioneer box.

Cheers for that. I was worried about the slightly bigger looking head fitting into the padded space available. It's a standard Din size so the body will fit fine.

Right, just need to sneak out when the missus isn't looking...
