handbrake cable snapped

Hi all
I pulled the handbrake today and clunk!
something snapped!
Does anyone know the obvious place its broken and what its like to fix, i wanted to use it this weekend

Use it anyway....the handbrake on most Cerberas doesnt work anyway...take a brick with you!

on the way home there seemed to be a small vibrating noise, i guess its the snapped cable! could it cause further damage?

Lee i am almost %100 certain that you will not damage anything else, when i had the Chimaera my hand brake snapped the pivot off at the base of the handbrake handle (repaired from the top) it was a bolt that broke, not saying yours is the same though.
By the way i don't use my handbrake anyway.
