One of your lambda sensors has gone or is on the way out. This causes overfueling and glowing cats. New sensors are about £80 each and are a bit of a pain to change.

Best not to drive the car in this state, or you'll destroy your cats (ask me how I know )

probably your lambda sensor weve just changed ours and the car was back to normal but the bloody missfires back!!!
oh and who needs cats!!!.........................not me.
