No, sorry.
But you can probably get what you want from Maplins/RS Components etc cut to size at a fraction of the cost than anywhere else.

do you really need one?

Mostly it breaks at the entrance to the wheel itself. Below that its wrapped around the shaft like toilet paper. Just carefully open the clip, pull some lack up and redo the connector

You can also order online if you know what you are after and find a store. Again RS Components are online and there are a few outlets around. Again have a look online for a store. Use Google to find the websites.
