How much is she worth ? Please help!

After five years of ownership I think my 98 4.5 may have to go due to the arrival of my baby girl, however I don't know how much she is worth.(The car that is), so i was hoping you lads may be able to help me.
The car is a 98 4.5 in black, 29000 miles,taxed and tested till april,decat,clifford alarm with remote start and remote door opening, mp3 player with amps and big sub in the boot,road angel and private plate.Clutch avos and tyres in the last 4000 miles.
The car had some bodywork damage when I got it so it was cat d repairable and i've had all the work and servicing done by a local garage so what do you think she is worth?

Sounds about right; I got £16k for mine six months ago. Virtually the same car (though not Cat D).

So probably £11 - 13K dependant on condition, spec, history etc..

Got to agree with Gazzab - I personally would say that the Cat D is going to knock a serious chunk off an equivalent non listed asking price, if adetuono got £16k for a non Cat D car (and that is backed up by a few around the £16 mark in the classifieds) then I would suggest unfortunately that you would be not even looking at £15k but lower still.

On the other hand - I've seen ones advertised with child seats fitted and the boot is easily big enough to fit all the baby equipment in. Why not stick with it and buy your missus a runabout that's suitable for her use with the baby, but at a push could also be used as a family car.

If its a Cat D repaired i would say more like £10-12K you can get good 4.5 faily cheap these days and ealry low mileage 4.2's are selling for £10K.
