Open boot

My boot keeps opening when travelling at high (but legal!!) speed.
Any advice?

Might look better on a Honda Civic, but the weight alone would keep the boot fastened

Sound like the spring in the latch has come off. Had this with my car a while back. If you remove the latch(Two bolts I think?) have a look and see if the spring is still there.

It's got to be the catch. Is it a good idea to try and lift the boot when locked to see if the catch is weak?
