SPARK PLUGS

I was thinking about replacing all the spark plugs. What is the recommended type or can anyone recommend a preference that they have?

Also, is there an optimum gap for normal day to day driving as opposed to thrashing it round a track?

Gap is optimum for the combustion chamber. Would tend to keep it as is set.

Only thing I would change if constantly thrapping round a circuit id the heat rating but again only do that if you have plug temp issues (check the condition of the old plugs)

Other than that just a good quality plug will suffice and make sure you torque them up.
