Problem getting in

I don't know if anyone can help but my mate can't get in his Cerbera, for some reason the car wouldn't unlock, he then tried the cable and it snapped in his hand. So it appears that the only option is to break a window. Does anyone know of a way to get in without smashing the window?
I'd suggest a voo-doo dance before even contemplating smashing the window.
This dealer must be an idiot...
Having had ours smashed (both, by criminals - not TVR dealers, though they arent far off in most cases) I can assure you its a pain to get the replacements sorted and cure the wind noise. Smashing the window seems to easily bugger up the windows alignment to the seals and on one of ours, the door wouldnt even shut properly when it was re-fitted.
I recommend, you ignore the dealer or suggest they try to think a little harder.

He can't find out if the battery is flat as he can't get into try anything, I did suggest getting into the bonnet and putting the car on charge and seeing what happens, for some reason he thinks its the immobiliser?
I never said the handle had come off the cable, I said the cable snapped and yes it is way too far down to reach, hence my post. He has spoken to the dealer and they have spoken to the factory but they haven't come up with a solution.

You can charge the car from the boot if you remove the fusebox you'll find there's a couple of big red thick cables which are permantly live, attach the trickle charger (not a heavy duty one) to one of these and earth some where off the chassis and you're in business.
When the battery was iffy on mine it caused all sorts of problems with getting in, when he gets it sorted tell him to invest in a Ctek or accumate battery conditioner
