Valve stem seals

Don't suppose any body happens to know what they are from, the numbers mean little in google, but thought someone may have an idea....

If not that, any idea where to buy stem seals by size, preferably somebody that might sell to the public/workshop as a lot I found, will not!

I think they are RV8 in origin but not sure, I can fond out next week.

On the Racing green parts site they are down as part number = TVR E3421 @ £5.99 and on Power site they are £3.99 + VAT.
