Exhaust manifold torque

Hi, does anyone know the torque for the exhaust manifold bolts?

The manifolds are the ACT stainless ones on a 4.2. If that makes a difference.

25 or 30 from what I can remember.

Not very tight at all as the heads are made of chocolate.

Ah, so doing them up effing tight may have been the wrong thing to do!
I'll remember for next time.
