STP Petrol Treatment (fuel additive)

Would it be beneficial using it? any drawbacks or dangers to using it? I've got a 1998 4.5. thanks.

The only Petrol Treatment than I have ever heard positive feedback about from people I know personally is Terraclean

I haven't tried it myself, but I may do one day

Doubt it will do any harm but difficult to gauge if it's doing any good?


I thought the general consensus was that good quality modern fuels have all the additives and "stuff" in them

I’ve only ever once used injector cleaner (might have been STP) and shortly after that both lambda sensors died!
