I found that the springs stopped the noise for a while but the final solution was to fit the sticky brake backing pads as well

A vote for the sticky pads from me, though I got mine from tvr power if memory serves? Installed two years and many sprints/hillclimbs and trackways ago on the tears and still quiet.

As well as the Anti Rattle Springs I always use this when fitting pads

Do you need as much as the youtube clip as looks like it could be messy, other than that a good call and may give it a go.
