Wipers

I have what I think is a different issue with my wipers.

Motor is new, Wiper Switching box, tried two and no change.

Wipers are weak and stall, sometimes they just stop for no reason, stop and lift the wipers off the screen and they stay stuck then start again.

Does any one have any ideas and or what each wire on the switching unit does?

Any help as always much appreciated.

I'm pulling mine out today to clean and grease and finally get around to changing the park switch
