Just about to buy a Cerbera, does anyne know which year TVR started fitting the more robust clutches to the Cerbs - Im looking at two '98 s on Monday, and didnt know whether this was pre or post the use of the newer clutch?
There's no way of knowing, some 4.5's were fitted with the early clutch, £1,700 to put right. Check with the dealer who services it, they should be able to tell you.
Two things to note: 1) Check the service history. The clutch may have been changed out for the later one already. 2) Joolz can sort the early clutches without necessitating a change to the later type of clutch.
