Apparently the dealer is pocketing sale or return cash and the owners are losing their car and money. There's a thread re a VXR8 elsewhere. So if you know the owner of this cerb (Crimson red, Red Rose S6, later lights conversion...) then please encourage them to go straight there and remove their car asap!

  • mod note: no N&S please, I've removed the ad link*

The car seems to have moved to another garage in the Leicestershire area and had a significant reduction in price

Still listed on eBay. I hope the all the other cars you can see are not in the same boat.

Not many reviews on a search but both very much less than complimentary (trying to avoid the over sensitive mods on here).
Looks like someone else has been upset.

On the RAC forum a member has posted of their near miss and got their car back - just. The police are now involved.

Car dealer agrees to sell your car for £20,000 and takes a commission. Then sells your car but keeps all the money. Changed names at companies house to avoid court action etc and now the police are investigating.
Gazzab put this up in the hope the owner of the Cerb and maybe also a Tuscan might read this and take their cars back.

Didn't this happen a few years back with a dealer in Sussex?

The Tuscan owner got his money, although it's a pretty exciting story. He said the Cerbera and a Griffith were still on site though.
If you are going to do SOR why hand over your v5 until you get paid?
