Where do you stick your phone?

I don't really want a window sucker phone holder as there's already very little window to look out of anyway so I was looking for somewhere to place a more permanent mount.

Does anyone have any suggestions/photo's?

Sick of the phone flying out the center console on left handers.

In Cerb 1 or 2 I used to mount a sat nav on the roll bar above the windscreen by sliding the mount such that it wedged above the roll bar....the screen would then sit just above eye level.
