Speedo help please

Just got back from honeymoon (yes the letter in Sprint was about me!) to find speedo has stopped working. Until I can get it to the dealer any idea on revs in 4th to stop the police from taking too much interest if in a 30mph zone. I know I can get away with 3,000 rpm at 70ish. Its a 4.2.

Should be ~21mph per 1000rpm in 4th on 16" wheels. 16 or so in 3rd. Well thats if I can believe my speedo.

If the mileometer has also stopped working it is probably a loose wire from the sender which attaches next to the rear diff.
That was what was wrong when my speedo stopped working.

I get 31mph at 2000rpm in 3rd if that helps, too.

What mileage is it stuck at, 30K?
Tried reversing etc?
