Leaky windscreen

When raining I've noticed that I get drips of water falling on to the steering column from the top of the windscreen. I've identified a number of places where the rubber around the screen isn't in full contact with the roof - should I just glue this or is there a particular adhesive I should use?

Currently thrashing about in N.Wales - think there's a fixed penalty waiting for me when I get home - B*gg*r!

Sikaflex available at most auto factors, Parco etc.
