New Cerbie owner ahoy!
Discussion
Just finalising a deal to say goodbye to my Tuscan and hello to a 4.5 Cerbie.
Very much looking forward to joining the Cerbie fold I'll post pics as soon as I get some done, in the meantime I can tell you it's the Linarite Blue over cornflower and prussian one at Dream Machines, if you want to check it out.
If anyone knows how to download the pics from there onto this thread then it's fine by me! ( www.dreammachines.org.uk )
Cheers

Great news David. I look forward to seeing the beast a week on Wednesday at the meeting, and I'll have the CD ready!
I'm sure you'll never look back.
Cheers,

Now, you got your own private email about it!
Don't know whether I'll have it by the meeting, but I hope so. If I do you'll know its me arriving, you'll hear the interior before you hear the car!
Thanks for all your help, it was important to know what a good one sounded and went like, there were a few rough 'uns out there!
Jeremy,
Cheers for sorting the pics out, one day I'll get to grips with technology and be able to do it myself. Your Cerbie is a very nice one BTW...
All the best

Hi David
Looks the biz. I see you had a brief spell with the Tuscan, was it the experience in Italy - the big bang?
Has David Geralds still got the Tuscan then?
We must meet up sometime and check out each others cars.....
Cheers
Andy
Andy,
No the Italian experience didn't alter the decision, I have a new job which requires the TVR to be run daily, and I prefered to run a hard top for that sort of thing.
To be honest it's hugely disappointing to see the Tuscan go, it was the best TVR I've ever had.It was a beautiful car and someone will have a stunning vehicle, it never ceased to amaze me how much attention it got, even more so than my blue Tuscan.
If you're around after Christmas come along to the Staffs car club meet, there's a whole bunch of Cerbera's up there...
Cheers

I cant believe no one has mentioned the interior?!
Ok, my cars interior is in bright lime green, so im not one to really talk about taste (suits the car honest)
BUT MY GOD THATS AN INTERIOR!
I havent seen any interior colour scheme yet come close to that for showing the true gorgeous curves of the Cerbera. Fantastic stuff, you have definately made a rather superb move there - enjoy it to the full!!
(P.S can you please keep hold of it for about ten years too - I'll buy it off you then, I was after DannyLT's car but he sold it

) Ben,
I was a bit suprised no one had mentioned the interior!
Regards keeping it 10 years, as anyone from the Staffs TVRCC knows that's a bit unlikely! However, if I do (and Mrs Dai Capp may have something to say about any more changes of TVR)I couldn't think of a finer home!

Linarite is a naturally occuring mineral similar to Blue John. God I'm dull...
