Enjoying the first couple of days of Cerbera ownership, but my speedo was sticking this morning (unless I was doing 30mph on the M3!).

Anyone had this or have any ideas what might be causing it?

Cheers

Paul

Probably the Hall Effect speed sensor. My speedo was erratic for a bit then died completely and that was the problem with mine. Its mounted at the rear near the diff, if your lucky you may just need to adjust it closer to the shaft, it should be almost touching.

Mine never works until I get up to about 30mph. Never been a problem as the car doesn't want to go any slower than about 40.
I figured they probably all do that!!!

My speedo works all the way round the clock (or at least up to 150 anyway )

The rev counter on the other hand, that can be a bit tempremental below 1000 and when passing 2000 revs.

Yep - I got the speed six, first impressions are simply amazing, even in the cold weather.

The speedo problem must be down to the cold because when I went to drive home last night it worked perfectly and then this morning it stuck again.

Ahhhh, my job for today!!! My rev counter has only worked for 1 day in 6 months (after the car was washed with a pressure hose thingy) so I'm off out to check all the connections and hopefully fix some loose wires.

My rev counter is a pain when idling cold and the revs drop below 1000. Above this no probs at present.

Speedo works fine, all the way up to at least 175 The reading it gives is generally delayed by 1/2 a second, though, which isn't great in 30/40 zones. I've always assumed that's normal... anyone else???

Woke up this morning, thought "it's a bit frosty, this could be interesting".

Took it easy and loved every minute, I should have got one of these practical every day cars ages ago !

So it looks like this one's here to stay.
