can anyone tell me what the dblevel is on a 4.2 cerbera with standard exhaust thinking of doing a track day with 105db limits will my car be under this

Can't answer directly, but you should be ok if it's 105db.

Mine has sports exhaust and is decatted and is LOUD!
That measured 109db when tested.

Where is the track day?

You can get mufflers I think, if its too loud.

Yep Tim at ACT here does a set of bolt on tail pipes that will reduce the noise by up to 8dbs AFAIK. You would have to let him know what size you tail pipes are though as I think they are a standard 2.5" fitting, so if you have a bling bling large bore exhaust it may not fit .
Still might not get a really noisy car to pass the Goodwood 98 dB test though but should be sufficient for most tracks.

105 drive by or static, at what revs, what distance? But yes - sounds like you should be ok, assuming you have cats and the silencer isn't knackered!

We have some ACT silencers for our cerb (quiet sports exhaust + cats still in place) - never had to use them, but we tested without at 106db and with at 96db - very effective indeed!
