How to get pic on here

Can someone tell me in very very simple terms how do you get pictures onto here as i have no clue at all and are not very good with computers niether.

set up an account on fotango and use their upload function to get ur pic off your compooter onto their site.

then start a thread on here and in the text you write put [pic]link address of your pic[/pic]

you get the address of your pic from the "get a link to this pic" bit on fotango when you view your pic on there ..

You need to register with Fotango, and put your photos on there. Once you've done that, click on the photo you want to put up. Then, next to the photo, you'll get a few options, and you need to press 'view your link to this picture'. This will give the link above the photo which you need.

Thanks will try to do this as i am registered with footango but as my clutch has just gone i have other things on my mind at the moment
