Best tires for cerbera 4.5 LW

I'll be changing tires soon. From your experience, what are the best tires for the cerbie?

Newer cars are fitted with a mix, but mainly Proxes due to a factory deal. I personally was very happy with the Bridgestone SO3's.

I've found that the Toyo's definitely have more grip and are a better ride but wear much quicker than the S03's.

I think TVR are now going for Goodyear's on all new motors cos if I remember from what I was told, Toyo bull sh!tted on the data they supplied.

More wear? I had my Toyos on the Tuscan for 6,000 miles and they were like new, and no I didn't drive like a coffin dodger...

I don't think you can go far wrong with either the Toyo or the SO3. I think the general consensus is that the Toyos do wear a little better than the bridgestones. Grip is comparable in most driving conditions, the price gap is about £30. I had SO3s on the front of mine before change in shocks and full geometry setup transformed the cars handling, I now have Toyos. A search on mytyres.co.uk has links to tyre reviews via a german website

I'd be interested if anyone has an alternative tyre that is even better

From what I can remember the s03 has a harder sidewall than the toyo giving a harder ride.

I agree, Toyo"s T1s proxes are the best i"ve had on the car both in dry and wet conditions.
