Thanks to Andy at APM I am now not grounding out over speed humps and holes in the ground and leaving large parts of the bodywork on the road after replacing the rear springs on the Cerb.

It also helped to take the sting out of a cr*p review this morning with the boss, so feeling a lot calmer after taking it out on the A3!!!

What a difference - feels more secure, confident, and does not let go around roundabouts so if your springs are around 30K miles may be time to change.

So thanks to Andy for the mechanical and spiritual healing - methinks that this evening I shall mostly be driving around Lee on Solent
