Window stuck in 'up' position ?

Drivers side window is stuck in full up position.

Fuses ok, read some of the threads on here, disconnected 4 cables from box of tricks in the rear, re-connected this made no difference.

Can only think next step would be to remove door panel and see what’s going.

Any suggestions one and all?

Have you checked the reed switch at the bottom of the door? Try unscrewing it and extending the sensor a bit closer to the sill in case it isn't picking up properly. Should only take a few minutes.

When mine stuck up, I found it was the connections in the multi-plug between door and skin.

Gave everything a squirt of WD40 and it worked again for a short while, but in the end, I had to cut off the wire and make a better connection.

Can't remember the wire now, but I'm sure it was in the corner of the plug.

Fixed it!

1 loose wire in the box of tricks in the boot!
