Paint info. needed
Discussion
If it hasn't changed colour you can get the code from the plate in the engine bay (near the bonnet hinge) there's 2 numbers seperated by a slash most likely, you need both. A call to tvr can confirm the code and colour and for further confirmation you can call these folk and give them the numbers and they will tell you the colour.
If you know the code any paint shop with the equipment should be able to mix you some paint

TVR Bodyshop (Webbs Autos) were very helpful to me, and can supply a touchup if you have the code. See here

My front end has been painted after the light conversion, and i cosidered the Armourfend, but the guys at Ewelmes said that although it stopped some low down chips, sods law says chips will always happen above the Armourfend anyway!...they also said that the Armourfend can also tend to make the paintwork look dull/less shiny where the protective film is applied.

Too right! Mine used to have armourfend. It is v. expensive and Ewelmes are right on every front. The chips just started higher up the bonnet. The armourfend looked very dull, and there was a discernable line across the bonnet where the edge of the fend was. - dont do it!
Talking about resprays, my front end was done 18 months ago, and the chips are back...

I'm impressed with yours Paddy, its you thats got me thinking I should get mine done, depending on funds available. JS says his needs doing again...6000 miles later.
Mick,
If you can afford it, i'll definately say its the best thing ive done to the car so far...everyone has made so many positive remarks...from the neighbours, to passers-by and even the Bakery Manager came out of Tescos to have a look today!....although i think he heard the car before seeing it!
PS...Tescos found my pics...hurrah! ..so will be posting the stage by stage details here soon..

My chips wouldn't be too bad, but it got a pasting from another car wheel-spinning on gravel in front of me, peppering one side a bit. It's in nowhere near as bad a state as when I bought it, but I'm a bit of a perfectionist. There's no ArmourFend on it - had it on my Elise and I wasn't impressed - really didn't add to the look of the car.
I think I might have it resprayed after Eurohoon (be a bit daft to do it again before!) So that'll have been 12,000+ miles between resprays then.
Really need to start doing fewer miles!

Glad they found your pics. I bet the old couple have took copies though
The young lady behind the counter said ..." I have checked that they are the right pictures this time!....by the way nice car!"...followed by a wink!!...wont have minded but she was a bit on the ugly side...
...oh well...she meant well.

before doing anything else. You'll need a front-end re-spray.
