Mercedes-Benz World Sunday Service | 08/03

Our annual trip to Mercedes-Benz World is back for 2026...

Mercedes-Benz World has become a firm fixture in the Sunday Service calendar, and for good reason. With its unique mix of automotive heritage, driving experiences and museum displays, it’s always a standout destination - and one that never fails to attract an incredible variety of cars.

We’re excited to be back on 8th March for our next Sunday Service. For this occasion, we’re trialling Eventbrite as our booking platform. While the event is free to attend, QR codes will be scanned on arrival, and entry will only be granted to those with a valid ticket.  Click here to book your place

As always, you can expect a diverse display of PistonHeads cars, access to Mercedes-Benz World’s museum, and the chance to watch (or take part in) a range of on-site driving experiences. Inside the museum, the simulators will be up and running, with kids' tickets starting from £6 and adult sessions from £10. For the more competitive amongst us, Mercedes’ F1 simulator - The Grid - will also be available, giving you the chance to race against friends and family.

Hot laps also return for 2026, with additional spaces added for good measure. These will run from 11:00 to 12:00 and are priced at £20 per person. All experiences can be booked on the day, with hot laps available via the Mercedes pop-up at the front of the building. Rounding off the afternoon, Mercedes’ in-house display team and sideways-driving enthusiasts, the Silver Arrows, will be putting on a live demonstration at 13:00.

Breakfast baps and hot drinks are available both at the PistonHeads parking (just in front of the main entrance on the Brooklands circuit), and the on-site cafe will be open all day.  We’ll be there with a selection of PistonHeads merchandise, and will be joined by the team from Howden Insurance and our finance partner, Charles and Dean.

Whether you’re arriving in something rare, modified, classic, modern performance, or just coming along to soak up the atmosphere, Mercedes-Benz World always delivers. We look forward to seeing you on Sunday, 8th March, for another memorable PistonHeads Sunday Service at Mercedes-Benz World.

Click here to book your space.

I wonder if Surrey Police have booked their tickets yet, a popular event for them to share their unmarked cars

Lots of people with fast cars decide they don’t like the aesthetic of front number plates. Which is a simple ticket.

Tickets for our Mercedes-Benz World Sunday Service event have now sold out. Tickets for our next event, MINI Plant Oxford on April 19th, will be live soon.

Nice to see the new booking system. How does it work with overflow these days, if it fully sells out but then 100 people pull out, will they go back up "on sale" to fill up the spots or is there an overflow?

Nice to see my car got a picture spot! sadly too late to book in it seems so i'll have to be more eagle eyed on the next one.

Are PHSS events mentioned or sent out in the newsletters or is there any other way to be informed? it's become a bit cut throat getting a spot these days!

Well, I'll turn up around midday as usual and can always park in the public car park.

Yeah i knew of that list, I Just more meant it would be nice to get a "PHSS tickets are now live" notification, as I checked last week and they weren't and check today and they're all gone.
I've since realised I can just follow pistonheads on eventbrite though

Yeah, there's that. Also, no idea whether it's worthwhile putting your name on the waiting list. If I'm 100th in the queue, I won't bother entering my details.

There was a button to get notified but I just checked and it's disappeared so I guess there's a limit on that, too.

Appreciate there are a few responses above - just to mention, the waiting list has been reactivated (typically it switched off over the weekend, which is always helpful). smile

These are set up to automatically email the next person on the waitlist when a space comes up. Please feel free to DM me if you'd like to know how many are on the waitlist. While Mercedes-Benz World has a strict capacity, we are making sure to visit venues with larger capacities.

We are trialling Eventbrite for a few more events this year and are taking all feedback onboard.

We have events live just before the announcement article to make sure the link is active, but we can certainly look at timed releases to help give a little more notice. There is also the option to be notified about future PistonHeads Events via Eventbrite too.

Can you just turn up on the day as a "spectator", or does that need pre-booking too? Thanks.

Yep! Very welcome to turn up as a spectator, the tickets are for a display car pass only. The public car park is open as normal.

Will I feel a bit daft attending in our SLK? My classic isn’t quite Spring ready. First SS we’ve attended for a few years.
