Have an omex 710 ECU im in the middle of putting on a an old BMW e30
I'm struggling to get any TPS raw value showing up on the lap top for it
I've got 5 volts to the sensor , good earth and it's sending the right voltages back to the ECU on idle and WOT

Anyone had similar issues ?
Cheers

Are you saying you're getting no reading at all on the ecu, or an incorrect reading ?

Presumably you have it wired and configured correctly ?

Is the TPS a potentiometer or a simple switch for closed throttle wide open throttle?

some read high to low volts too, If your buying another TPS I've just changed from Colven to penny Giles (Jenvey) as the Colven was giving sporadic values and sometimes nothing, New TPS sorted it, but I'm not using Omex, Oh and Penny Giles do L/H and R/H sweeps just to complicate things.

^^ This. Most of the engines in the E30 used a switch which only indicates idle or WOT, even though it looks like a TPS on the outside.
