So skipping the other issues like tracking etc.
Please could I have advice from any guru or person with past experience.
Can this be repaired ? replaced? go through insurance? excess is £100, 2nd had replacement about £120 ish.

I've seen worse repaired...obviously quality of repair will vary vastly depending on who does it...and it can be pricey

Really for an OEM wheel, sourcing a good replacement used wheel will always be the best option.

thank you. Confirms what I was thinking. Does not help the diamond cut finish as far as cost of repair either.

Scrap. Never, never, think about repairing an alloy wheel that's in any way damaged. Despite what others have said in PH forums. Scrap, get a new one.

Rubbish, they can be repaired perfectly safely as long as the person repairing them knows what they are doing.

I agree Mike, alas, you will only find out that they don't when you are upside down in a ditch etc.

I wouldn't risk it personally.
