Mercedes W203 C270D Limp mode??

Hi,

I have a Mercedes C270D 2002 and It wont rev above 3000rpm. It had a problem with no boost before and when you did a reset with the accelerator and ignition it started producing turbo boost for a few mins then would cut again.

Now even after disconnecting battery / reset procedure the car will not rev over 3k.

Its not displaying any fault codes at all.

Any ideas this is driving me crazy.

Are you able to plug it in to a diagnostics computer? I'm not sure if it'll be OBD or Merc equivalent. This might give you some idea of whether everything is running as it should be.

Also, there are sometimes codes stores which won't show a check engine light on the dash, so it's worth scanning if you can.
