Reposting here as advised Peter Burgess may be able to help.

Sorry if this is all rudimentary but just going through the paperwork of my newly acquired 1970 MGB and found this.

Where it says 4x Pistons 1/33.38 how would that relate to new bore and engine capacity?
Also does it show hardened valve seats and guides for unleaded?

TIA
Dave

I think you'll find that's the price per piston.

I don't see anything there giving any information about the spec of the parts fitted.

I didn't think of that.

Was hoping I had something akin to an Oselli engine.

That is my thoughts as well 33.38 x 4 gives the total.
Imperial engines typically have re-bores of 30/60/90 thou of an inch. Not all manufacturers do 90 thou.

By 95 any one fitting valve seats would fit hardened, they wouldn't build a performance engine with a reprofiled cam, looks like a general overhaul for unleaded rather than a performance build.

Never come across any doing them like that ? Usually it was 20 thou, 40 thou etc.

Of course it will depend on what pistons are available.
