Where is Paul Goodenough?

I was sold some Rover V8 heads which were supposedly modified by the above, I'd love to know the truth. I can only find a bloke in IT. Any help anyone?

May be worth asking.
Not sure what you want to know as valve sizes etc should tell you a fair amount.
