Anyone know how to disconnect this?

Its a coolant pipe going to the heater matrix through the bulkhead.

I have tried prising the top up that you can see in the picture but it seems to just bend, and I do not want to break it!

Looks like it should be pushed in first.

Thanks-do you mean push the hose in towards the bulkhead or push the button/tab thing down?

You need to push the whole fitting in first to take the tension off it & then wither push the "button" in or pull it out.

If you are pulling, pull it along its full width, not just the middle, but try pushing first.
