Problem with vauxhall zafira sri turbo

Zafira 1.4 Sri turbo 2017. Since having this car I've had turbo reconditioned, new coil packs, lambda sensor, manifold and it's serviced every year, last full service Feb 2025. The car drives 6 miles daily without any issues as soon as I go on the motorway it starts losing power and it's like it it stuttering/ jolting this has also happened the other day when I drove about 20 miles down some lanes, got a bit of white smoke out of the exhaust I pulled over for a minute without turning the engine off and drove back home fine. The car doesn't overheat, no deposits in oil or water and no codes showing up on reader (had this done in a garage) any ideas what this could be before I pay garage to replace all parts he thinks it could be which will cost a fortune. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a minor boost leak. Minor leaks won't necessarily log a fault code.

So your 'garage' is just going to fit random parts until it's fixed? Find a different garage!

Probably better to find a garage who diagnose any problem...ideally when the problem is present.

Paying a garage to fire the parts cannon is far from ideal.

But intermittent issues are a nightmare.

Its not an intermittent issue if the OP has identified the conditions to recreate it - namely, going on a motorway. Just needs to focus in from here.
