Rally spec CVH

What would you guy's say would be a good spec for a NA rally CVH engine? i.e what cam, what head, which valve sizes, inlet manifold, etc....
Any info on manufacurers for these parts also welcomed. PS need to run on a single downdaught carb, but which one?

Your best bet for the cvh is to speak to Ferriday engineering.They mainly deal with CVH's and Mike knows the lot.

ok, thanks for that Justin, I'll see if I can find a website for them. Anyone else with a tried and tested setup for these engines?
