Profile Photo

Hi guys, sure this has been covered before but cant find it on search, does anyone know how to put a photo on your profile? Tried selecting one and updating but it doesnt upload, any ideas? I know im only on 56k dial up, but it should still work right???

My picture is visible in my profile if you view via www.pistonheads.com, but not if you view via www.hsvdriversclub.co.uk. Never been able to sort that one out?!?!
