How do I post a picture?

sorry if this is an old one but I cant seem to cut and paste one and I cant find anything in the FAQs on it.

P.B. - I had the same problem a week ago & I was helped out via this forum...if you go to www.photobucket.com you'll be able to upload your pic's onto there, then copy & paste them to your topic/reply! You'll need to register first but it's financialy free & hassle free too!
