I was just wondering how many Hsv/Monaro owners are up here in Scotland? I'm in Livingston, anybody near me? I have seen a yellow Monaro floating around recently.

Cheers
Woody

yeah I'm near you - Motherwell. There is a yellow Monaro in Livingston I'm reliably informed by one of the Vectra owner's club guys. They're meant to be trying to get him to get in touch but nothing so far. There's Jeff from the islands on here who drives a blue Monaro and has recently had a nice new exhaust and tuning job done. Pity he has to drive so slow now with all the points he's collecting We lost one of our members to cancer a couple of weeks back, Dave52 who had a heavily modded silver Monaro and lived in Edinburgh. His car is currently up for sale. I've just heard that the guy that owns Lindsay's Vauxhall dealers on the A82 has a Monaro with a 2 digit registration but never come across him. Theres another guy on here, Ross Cowan I think, from round about Glasgow with a black Monaro but he's never replied to any PMs or emails from either myself or Dave52 so I guess he aint the sociable type. Also know of a silver Monaro from somewhere round Peebles that has been seen by a number of folk. Thats about it as far as I know - though there was a yellow one on Skye that was for sale for months, apparently one went through a garage in Coatbridge couple of months ago and there was a red VXR for sale in Lanark which appeared in Autotrader. Jeff and I have tried to arrange a meet for some months now but never quite managed it yet. Dave52 and I used to get together occasionally along with the Vectra owners group - in fact I'm off to Knockhill with them later this month. If you wanna have a chat you can get me on MSN Messenger using my email address there well_fans@hotmail.com
