TWG & Vauxhall

In this months EVO an article about the new VXR Astra tuning division states "Having already established a tuning division for its V8 engined cars (i.e. Monaro)in conjunction with Tom Walkinshaw, Vauxhall..." then talks about Astra upgrades - better watch out there could be some serisouly quick ones about looking at the site

Did not realise that the TWG project was VX led JV/Partnership or what ever this is saying, does that mean it is going to be available through all VX/VXR(monaro)dealers as a national service?

Does that mean TWG upgrades/mods will not affect the warranty etc bit like Pro Drive/Subaru tie up?
