I have got Julian's (2002) HSV Monaro GTS, and a (2001) Commodore. Girlfriend has a Corsa, so wants to start a corsa club now, cause everyone just flocks to the HSV.
I am in Newcastle and also in Blyth <- Girlfriend lives there, and spend most of my time there.

not quite the north east but you're the closest monaro owners on here to me. be glad to head down some weekend if you organise a meeting. Was meant to go to Jagsy's day and got my weekends mixed up :-( Drive an 04 plate standard(for now) model.
I'll come too Bob!
Put it in the diary next time
I'm in North Yorks(Whitby way),- went to Jagsys' do, on the sunday. Would always be up for joining in on another (Sundays pref).
Have 05 plate (04 Model)red cv8 with 05 bonnet on, plus AP brakes and Wortec sport pack (remap/intake/pipes)
Bought mine in Edinburgh after not able to even come close to a deal with the dealer in boro - and that was after spending an entire day in the dealer trying to sort things out. (everytime we came close (dealer principle was blamed) they moved the goalposts). Still use them for servicing - 6/10. Only took one 5min phone call to buy it from Belmont. I found them ok, but have read Scot owners (who use them more often)less than impressed.
To be fair, it was only Boro dealer having them in that prompted me into getting one, was on my way to the match and kept on seeing them, plus various reports in press etc...
I think John22 lives just outside York - red 06 vxr

and which country had to arrange another fixture at their national stadium so the last time they played there wasn't a defeat to Scotland
There's actually an argument up here for you to win the world cup just so we can come down there and beat you the way we did in '67 making us the unofficial world champs
probably the only chance we've ever got of a title!!! At least if you won it again we wouldn't have to listen to the commentators going on about 66 all the time when we're watching football on the tv. We could have another date to groan at

Currently in Hull in a hotel tonight and tomorrow.
then up to South Queensferry (Scotland) for weekend....port edgar marina.
HSV GTS 300 (2001 VX)
Normally in Gloucester, but I'm up here a lot working with BAESystems Hawk Project...I'm the Hawk Avionics Programme Manager for Smiths Aerospace.
If there's a Hull based Monaro/HSV meet at a local HULL pub then I could be there tomorrow or mainly wed/thurs night most weeks!
Not usually with the HSV, but sometimes I bring it up.
Cheers
Eric
