Hi Guys(and a few girls), sorry not been in touch for a while, had so much going on not been able to get near a PC for ages.
My HSV is still up for sale, and due to circumstances beyond my control I need to shift it quickly. The car is advertised at £10000(see classifieds), which would give a lot of car for the money(brakes alone are nearly three grand) but I am willing to consider ANY SENSIBLE offers at the mo. Pls feel free to contact me re-any questions about spec etc on 07919258609
Sorry to use the forum for my advertising but it is the best way to get word out there
Take care all
Mike

Hi Mike. You must be sad to see the clubby go aren't you? I've just bought a VT1 GTS and the sound of the old iron block is great. I am told you have an '04 Monaro Wortec exhaust fitted to your clubby with a few minor mods. What do you think of it? Definitely worth the money? Did you notice any power gain once it was able to breathe better or is it purely just growl and rumble you get from it?
All the best with the sale

Thanks for that
Yes the Wortec system makes a big difference to the sound, not offensive but a nice V8 rumble now(a lot different to the Chevy lump, as you now know!), mind you, the original system on the car was a joke, it sounded awfull!! Biggest gain was from the brakes, original brakes nowhere near up to the job.
Sorry to see the Clubbie go, but need to shift it
