Seen a lot of chat about performance upgrades for the Monaro but I'm not sure which mods apply to which models 5.7 vs 6.0, VXR vs non VXR.

Is there a definitive list of mods, brakes, exhausts, remaps etc with costs, power gains and such applicable to the 6.0 VXR anywhere that you guys could point me too?

Did you go straight to the performance pak or did you try the sports pack 1st BO55?
And yes I'd love to meet up to see/hear it in the flesh Shouldn't be long now.....not that I'm counting down the seconds at all in the slightest

I did the "Essentials" first (Ripshift, Cat Back and Remap)....mainly because the Headers (and associated remap) were not available.

As soon as the headers were release, I got them done... In fact, I was the first "customer" with the headers

I heard Brian's VXR and I must admit it did sound good, jealous of you Chris (Your name came up in conversation when having a chat with Jeff @ Greens)

Not sure where you are almostVXRed, but if you are anywhere near Romford in Essex then more than happy to meet and show you what the Wortec Essentials is like.

Yep, I've already heard the audio files and that sounds awesome so god knows how good it sounds in the flesh wouldn't mind getting a feel of what the ripshift is like too Whats the power up between the sports and performance pack? At nearly twice the money I'm very keen to know what it actually gets you?

After I got the headers done, I posted a thread "The Laugh of my Life" if you want to know the difference between cat-back only and full system. Thread also contains dyno' graph showing the effects...

As discussed, we'll meet up when you get yours and you can play with my gear stick (Err... I mean the car's that is)

All innocent, was just talking about headers and he said you were very happy with yours

OK the facts......

Standard car = 330hp/353ftlb at the rear hubs.

Cat back + map = 360hp/365ftlb at the rear hubs

Headers and Cat back + map = 380hp/389ftlb at the hubs

That is the raw fugures for the upgrades, I am sure B055 VXR will tell you what it is like in the real world though. You might have to shout though, he is probably deaf from the noise
