Anyone know about ADRs for Holdens???

Does anyone know anything about the Australian design rules for Holdens? I have a CD of the rules but told to get a chassis specific number. Been onto customer service Holden Australia a couple of times who didnt know? I need it to get it through SVA.
Was told to get Approval No. from under the bonet (got it) and there is a web site to look up. Confussed? I am
