Without wanting to hi-jack the thread, i Saw this while looking at that Monaro:
This guy seems to be heel-toeing on the down shifts and double-clutching? Is that right? I heel toe but I was under the impression this negates the need for double clutching.

Paddle (or Sintered clutch) sometimes needs to be double de-clutched going down the box depending on type. I need to do this in a (very) powerful flat 12 engined monster to ensure it has released.
