You have to ask yourself why these people are selling their kits after owning them for such a short time.

The unfortunate reality is, that items like these from sellers with zero feedback, are usually scammers.

Agreed steer clear of zero feedback people, its just not worth the risk.

Doh, didn't spot that. Indeed, likely to be a scam. They used to list them as location "London" - so I would ask to go and view the item - met with silence.
