Jag roadshow up in Orkney at the weekend and I had a nice drive of a "gorgeous" XK convertible
. Lovely drive, lot of go, comfortable at speed (it was black) and in corners and a great head turner
. Funny thing was though, the salesman and his pal wondered what I had and could they have a go so we swapped keys. For £50k of a price difference he was very impressed! Discussion got round to engines, mods, exhausts etc. and I think the Aussie beast won him over. He wouldn't swap though!

We have had an XK8 as one of our work cars since April.
Ordered it last year mind/daily drive of my business partner.
I have driven it quite a bit.
A really nice drive (I would have waited for XKR myself),
only slight complaints - front end goes a little light when doing high (and a mean high) speeds, and it hides its pace too well. If driving in Germany - your Honour - and you are going at 120mph+ in the Roo it feels relaxed but still swiftish, in the Jag it feels like 60.
A speeding ban would be Oh so easy!
