Ah yeah, outsourcing to India is usually a good idea if you have too many of those annoying customers who ring up and want a quote. It is worse than, cause their computers say No more than they do here. Supprising you got that far.

I always find it strange how there never seem to be any bean counter jobs being outsourced.
