VAUXHALL and WORTEC are delighted to announce the official release of the MONARO VXR 500!!!

Based on the acclaimed 6.0 Monaro VXR, but with the addition of a Positive Displacement Supercharger, upgraded fuel system, clutch revision and bespoke engine tune.

The performance is staggering!! The Monaro transformed from fast GT, to outright Supercar. Delivering 500 hp and over 500lbft of torque, the car has been extensively tested on UK roads, and is designed specifically for our unique driving environment. Reliability was always a key objective and this has been achieved through over 50,000 miles of testing. As such the car will carry a full three year warranty. Servicing schedules are the same at 10,000 miles or 12 months and servicing costs remain the same as a standard car.

And the price ??? Consider the BMW M6, 507 hp and 520nm torque for £81,760. VXR 500, 500 hp and 677NM of torque!!

So, can a Vauxhall dealer now strap the supercharger to mine and retain warrenty???

Its the harrop.. I have been blessed by being able to touch it when I was there. I'll never wash that hand agian... not for a while anyway.

BTW: The 500 BHP is from a standard exhaust - Wortec cat-back and headers will obviously improve on that

Sorry, the warranty is only Valid if specced and installed etc through Greens.

It can be retro fitted yes. Warranty would be looked at on an individual basis dependent on car and existing mods.

The WORTEC exhausts are now endorsed by Vauxhall as well!!!
